We have participated in the evolution of the manufactured home, from Diane’s childhood in a 1946 8 ft.-wide trailer in Indianapolis to Gerry’s first employment in 1967 with a company who manufactured homes in Elkhart, Indiana. After tiring of the corporate world and more importantly the corporate transfers, we wanted to have our own business. Our last transfer took us to Langley, B.C. where we discovered the magnificent Pacific Northwest. Knowing then that we wanted to stay on the coast we opened our first sales center in 1976 in Victoria, B.C. After many successful years on Vancouver Island we felt the need to return to our native land and so a move back to the USA took us to wonderful Whatcom County. Luckily, some of Canada came with us when our daughter Kris brought her new husband Steve Creed to join our family circle.
We take pride and pleasure in operating a successful family business in these days of large corporations and conglomerates. A benefit of local family ownership is that if you need a decision to be made, it will be made right here. You won’t have to wait for someone from another part of the country to get back to you. We know that when you visit us at our Oak Creek display center in Lynden, you will be impressed with the fine homes we offer, but more importantly you and your family will receive the service you deserve.
Customer satisfaction is our #1 Priority. Not only is it ethical and the right thing to do, it is also good business. We know how important it is to treat you right, so you’ll feel comfortable sending your friends and family to see us.
